Chiang Mai Night Zoo is located at the foot of Su Tie Mountain, about 12 kilometers away from the city of Chiang Mai. It is the largest zoo in Thailand. Night Safari’s driving routes include Predator Prowl Zone and Savanna Safari Zone, which are about 1 hour long and cannot be disembarked during the tour. When you reach an animal’s habitat, you will see herbivores such as hornhorses, giraffes, white rhinos or zebras. They are all free-range animals. They often come directly to the car to eat with you, which is exciting and interesting. But commentators will remind visitors not to feed zebras because they may bite.
When it comes to predators, tigers, lions, Asian black bears, crocodiles and so on are isolated from safe distance by deep trenches, but you can still observe their movements.
After watching the animals come out at night, you can also see the wonderful laser water dance light show, which will bring a successful end to your trip to the zoo.
